Articulation Agreements
A Transfer Release Form is required if you are transferring from another U.S. college or university. It must be signed by the applicant and completed by the current institution that holds the 学生's current I-20 record. Please note that you must hold legal status in the United States to be eligible for admission.

OC is a part of the Council for Christian 大学 and Universities, which gives us a large network of universities with whom we share educational opportunities, including online courses. Through Acadeum, you can take these online courses for OC credit!
Degree and Student Verifications

Anyone who needs the following information will need to request an official transcript online.
- Full academic record (record of all classes, semester enrolled, 成绩, GPA, 等.)
- List of individual terms and final academic standing (alert, 缓刑, 优秀学生名单, 总统列表, 等.)
- Final cumulative GPA
- Final academic standing/honors (academic suspension, cum laude, 等.)
Callers who are requesting information about completing their degree at OC will need to submit a ticket by emailing registrar@brainsquad.net and may be subject to additional verification before academic details will be shared.
Parents (or others granted 3rd party access) may log into MyOC to view your 学生's financial aid information, 学生 account information, 成绩, 课程安排, and/or chapel attendance.
Before a third party can access a 学生's information, the 学生 must grant that person access.
Those who wish to request third-party access from a 学生 may do so by completing and submitting the Parent/Guardian Information Login Request Form.
